These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vellqon Technologies website and your engagement with our web development, business growth, automation, branding, SEO, and related digital services.
By requesting a consultation, approving a proposal, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Vellqon Technologies provides website development, website redesign, website maintenance, business growth support, social media services, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, branding, content support, automation, chatbot setup, and custom software or portal development.
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and inclusions are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, plan, or written scope.
Website projects may include discovery, design, development, content placement, responsive implementation, basic SEO setup, integrations, testing, revisions, and launch support as agreed in the project scope.
Client approvals, content readiness, domain access, hosting access, and third-party credentials may affect delivery timelines.
Business growth services may include social media planning, local SEO, Google Business Profile updates, lead generation funnels, performance reporting, automation, ad management coordination, and strategic consultation.
Results depend on market conditions, competition, budget, client responsiveness, offer quality, and external platform behavior. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or lead volume unless expressly agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, brand assets, content, access credentials, business details, and legal rights to any materials supplied to us.
Delays in client responses or missing materials may extend project timelines.
Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and prompt client cooperation. Changes in requirements, delayed approvals, additional revisions, third-party issues, or technical dependencies may affect delivery.
Fees, payment milestones, recurring charges, taxes, and due dates are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, plan, or agreement.
Work may be paused if payments are delayed or if required billing information is incomplete.
Included revisions are limited to the number and type stated in the selected plan or project proposal. Additional revisions, scope changes, new pages, new features, or major direction changes may require additional fees.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final approved custom deliverables created specifically for them, except for third-party assets, licensed tools, open-source components, pre-existing frameworks, templates, or internal methods used to produce the work.
We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Some projects rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment gateways, email providers, CRM systems, APIs, social platforms, or automation tools.
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.
Unless explicitly included, clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining domains, hosting, email accounts, licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
We may assist with setup or recommendations, but ownership and ongoing provider fees remain the client's responsibility.
Both parties agree to handle confidential business, technical, financial, and project information with reasonable care and not disclose it unnecessarily to unauthorized parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellqon Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or platform-related losses.
Clients may request cancellation in writing. Fees for completed work, reserved time, third-party costs, and approved milestones remain payable. Recurring services may require advance notice as stated in the applicable plan or agreement.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, work completed, expenses incurred, and the terms of the approved proposal or plan. Custom strategy, design, development, and setup work already performed is generally non-refundable.
Our services are provided with professional care and reasonable skill, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, guaranteed search rankings, guaranteed sales, or outcomes controlled by third-party platforms or market behavior.
Support availability, response times, and included maintenance depend on the selected plan or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
